Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or paying for a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

GameGrid is a research and analytics tool for soccer fixtures. GameGrid is NOT a gambling service, sportsbook, or financial advisor. We surface statistics, signals, and edge calculations derived from historical data. Decisions about whether and how to bet are entirely your own.

You must be at least 18 years old (21+ in some U.S. states and jurisdictions) to use the Service. By using GameGrid you represent that you meet this minimum age and that your use of sports research is legal where you live. You are solely responsible for compliance with local gambling laws.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You’re responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Pricing. Pro tier is $25/month or $20/month if billed annually. Pricing may change for new subscribers; existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any change to their billing.

Trial period. New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial without being charged.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal in your account settings.

Cancellation. Canceling stops future billing. You retain access through the end of the current paid period.

Refunds. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from your first paid billing date. After 7 days, paid periods are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from GameGrid through automated means without our written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or any of its data.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or our team.
• Use the Service to facilitate any illegal activity or violate any law.
• Bypass authentication or attempt to access another user's account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content, branding, code, and original analysis on GameGrid is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Sports data is licensed from SportMonks; their attributions apply where relevant. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial research while your account is in good standing.

NOT FINANCIAL OR GAMBLING ADVICE. GameGrid provides statistical research tools. Signals, edges, and probabilities are mathematical outputs based on historical data — they do not predict outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Bet responsibly. Gambling involves risk, including loss of funds. Only bet what you can afford to lose. See our Responsible Gambling page for resources if you or someone you know needs help.

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameGrid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost wagers, or losses arising from gambling decisions made with reference to our research.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100, whichever is greater).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameGrid, its operators, and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time via the account settings. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP infringement. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect via email and/or a banner in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
