Message the team on the GameGrid Discord or by email. We usually reply within 24 hours.
On Discord
- 1Join the GameGrid Discord.
- 2Ask your question in the server. If it's about billing, include the email on your account.
By email
Write to gamegridapp@gmail.com. Send it from the email on your account if you can, so we can find you straight away, and tell us what you were doing when it happened.
