How do I delete my account?

1. 1Go to Account and scroll to Danger zone.
2. 2Select Delete account.
3. 3Enter your password and select Delete my account. If you signed up with Google or Discord, there's no password: type DELETE instead.

Right away, any plan you have stops renewing, so you won't be charged again, and you're signed out on every device. We email you the date your account will be deleted.

30 days later, your account is permanently deleted, with your profile, preferences, the teams and players you follow, your Stacks, your notification settings and your Discord link. A plan that's still running ends then, and unused time isn't refunded. We keep billing records as the law requires, and what we need to keep free trials to one per person.

Changed your mind?

Sign in before the deletion date and select Keep my account. Your account carries on as before, and a plan that's still running gets its auto-renewal back.

Only taking a break? Turning off auto-renewal keeps your account and settings, so you can carry on where you left off whenever you're ready.
