How do I cancel or turn off auto-renewal?

Before you go: if something isn't working the way you expected, tell us on Discord. We usually reply within 24 hours. And if it's the price, a longer plan costs less each month.

Turn off auto-renewal

1. 1Open your profile menu at the top right and select Billing & subscription.
2. 2Select Turn off auto-renewal.
3. 3Confirm on the next screen if asked.

What happens next

• You keep Pro until the end of the time you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Your billing page shows Auto-renewal is off and the date your access ends.
• Your account and settings stay, so you can come back whenever you like.

Select Turn auto-renewal back on on the same page any time before your access ends, and nothing changes. More about coming back.
